PEP Identification
Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) are individuals who hold or have held prominent public positions. This includes government officials, senior executives of state-owned enterprises, and their family members or close associates.
Required
1
Do you or any beneficial owner currently hold, or have you held within the past 12 months, a prominent public position?
2
If applicable, select the type of public function held. This includes legislative, executive, administrative, or judicial roles.
3
Are any of your immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) or close associates (business partners, advisors) PEPs?
4
If you or a related person was previously a PEP, when did the PEP status end? Former PEPs may still be subject to enhanced due diligence.

Do you or any related persons hold or have held a PEP position in a foreign country? Foreign PEPs require additional scrutiny under SAMA regulations.
